The Wild and Wise Women’s circle – a profound journey in your own healing and authentic and expansive community with women
This is a new unique way of creating a space where therapy, healing, expansion and community meets.
A unique journey where, over the course of one year, we will gather in four in-person circles and four online sessions. In each circle, I will guide you through a deep process of remembering, healing, activation, and expansion. I will combine my unique therapy method, Awake and Heal, with ceremonies, profound spiritual practices, and the power of connection, joy, and community. This will be a profound journey of reawakening your true essence and reconnecting with your innate power. It will be a sacred container for all that this human experience holds, while offering a safe, nurturing, and expansive community of women.
Over the course of four circles, we will journey through four core themes: Our Inner Child, Our Life Force & Creative Power, Our Inherent Wisdom, and Our True Essence. Each gathering is devoted to one of these themes, allowing us to explore it deeply and integrate its wisdom into our lives. We will connect to different parts of our healing journey through sacred ceremonies such as fire ceremony and practices that deepen our connection to the earth and soil.
Throughout the journey, we will immerse ourselves in transformative practices including Life Force Activation, sound healing, breathwork, non-duality transmissions, eye gazing, intuitive healing, mantra singing, embodied dance, cacao ceremony, and deep heart-centered sharing. Each practice is carefully chosen to support the theme of the circle, creating a powerful space for healing, remembrance, embodiment, and authentic connection.
Throughout the year, our online circles are here to help you feel held and supported between our in-person gatherings. They are an opportunity to reconnect with our shared journey, deepen your integration, and continue your healing process through guided practices, meaningful sharing, and different healing modalities that we will explore together. My intention is also for the connections we create to extend beyond our circles. Through our WhatsApp group, you will be able to share your journey, receive support, and cultivate genuine sisterhood throughout the year.
Details:
The first circle will take place on the 19th of September, the following circles will be in held in December, March and June. The circles will be held 13:00-20:00 outside of Kungsbacka. The online circles will be held in-between the in-person circles and will be around 2 hours.
The price includes ceremonial cacao, dinner and snacks.

My intention with The Wild & Wise Women’s Circle is to create a safe and nurturing space where you can reconnect with your authentic self, be deeply supported, and walk this journey alongside other women.
